Do you ship to my country?
  • I currently ship to these countries: Canada, US, UK, EU (most countries), Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Mexico, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Israel.
  • *Disclaimer: International orders may be subject to additional international taxes. Please be aware of this prior to ordering.

How long will it take to process my order?

    • Please allow 10-15 business days for the printing and ink-curing process.
    • As this is an artist-run shop I print, pack, and ship all orders myself so my apologies for any delays!

    How long will shipping take?

    • For orders to Canada or the US, please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
    • For orders outside Canada and the US, delivery times will vary by shipping option and country (please see below).

    What are the different shipping options to countries outside North America?

    Canada Post Small Packet International - Surface:

    • Most affordable option but takes the longest (28-84 business days!)
    • No tracking number

    Canada Post Small Packet International - Air:

    • Recommended!
    • Second most affordable option and takes much less time (6-12 business days)
    • No tracking number

    Canada Post Tracked Packet International:

    • More expensive (8-32 business days)
    • Not available for all countries
    • Includes tracking number

    Canada Post Xpresspost International:

    • Most expensive option (5-33 business days)
    • Guaranteed delivery date
    • Includes tracking number

    What are the different shipping options within Canada?

    Canada Post Expedited Parcel:

    • 2 - 8 business days
    • Includes tracking number

    Canada Post Xpresspost:

    • 2-4 business days
    • Includes tracking number

     Canada Post Priority:

    • 2-4 business days
    • Includes tracking number

    What are the different shipping options to the USA?

    Canada Post Small Packet USA Air:

    • Most affordable option (5-8 business days)
    • No tracking number

    Canada Post Tracked Packet USA:

    • Second most affordable option (8-17 business days)
    • Includes tracking number

    Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA:

    • 4-19 business days
    • Includes tracking number

    Canada Post Xpresspost USA:

    • 3-12 business days
    • Includes tracking number

      What if the item I want is out of stock?

      • As everything is made to order I can only handle so many orders at once, however if you send me the item and size you are looking for through Instagram @marcusmakesart or by email (info@marcusmakesart.com) I may be able to make an exception!

      Is shipping free?

      • I offer free shipping on all prints within Canada (untracked).
      • Shipping rates within and outside Canada will differ based on your location.

      Are packages tracked?

      • If you would like tracking for your order, please select tracking in the shipping options, otherwise your order will be sent without a tracking number.
      • Tracking numbers will be sent via email as soon as I have dropped your order off at the post office.

        Refunds/exchanges?

        • All items are final sale - but if you have any issues with your order please contact me.

        My order isn't here yet/there's an issue?

        • Please give your order time to arrive - with COVID delays, it may take an extra week or so. However, if it's been over a week since the latest esimated delivery time, please reach out to me via Contact or email (info@marcusmakesart.com)!
        • Once I have shipped your order, it is no longer in my hands, meaning I have no power as to what happens to your package.
        • If there is a problem with your delivery or tracking updates, please contact the carrier of your local post office.
        • If mail is lost or stolen, please contact me via email as soon as possible. In order to prevent stolen parcels, please make time to look out and receive your package as they will not require a signature.
        • If your order is returned to me because of an error in your shipping address or any other reason, I will contact you via email.
        • Please ensure your shipping information is correct prior to ordering to make sure you get your package in a timely manner with no errors or return mail.
